TNS Office, Salt Lake City Utah

Wi-Fi experiences a seismic change approximately every five years – and Wi-Fi 6 / 802.11ax is the latest generation of Wi-Fi that bridges the performance gap towards ten gigabit speeds. The new Wi-Fi standard will deliver faster network performance, connect more devices simultaneously and transition Wi-Fi from a ‘best-effort’ endeavor to a deterministic wireless technology that has become the de-facto medium for internet connectivity. With an expected four-fold capacity increase over its 802.11ac Wave 2 predecessor, Wi-Fi 6 / 802.11ax deployed in dense device environments will support higher service-level agreements (SLAs) to more concurrently connected users and devices with more diverse usage profiles.

Trusted Network Solutions and Ruckus Networks are pleased to invite you to the upcoming “What’s next for Wi-Fi!” event where we will discuss the following topics:

  • 802.11ax/WiFi 6Why you should consider upgrading to the new standard
  • Multi-gig switching and PoHThe future of switching and 802.3bt
  • Wi-Fi CallingHow to deliver uninterrupted voice calls over Wi-Fi with automatic traffic recognition, prioritization, and seamless roaming
  • WPA3What is WPA3 and what you need to know about the new security standard
  • CBRSAdditional Spectrum: Private LTE and future indoor cellular deployments

People have used voice services over Wi-Fi for years, but the experience hasn’t exactly been great. Typically, it meant using a separate app—like Skype—that didn’t integrate with subscribers’ standard voice services. And spotty voice quality and lost connections were just part of the deal.

Today, Ruckus can help you deliver reliable voice service over Wi-Fi—in a way that’s completely seamless and transparent for your customers. You can give subscribers in high-traffic areas a voice service that’s consistent with your brand, while increasing your network capacity and lowering costs.

Our “What’s next for Wi-Fi” training seminar will be held at TNS office 406 Lawndale Drive, Salt Lake City Utah 84115 Thursday, September 26th from 9:30AM to 1PM. Lunch will be provided during the seminar.
