Clients benefit from the extensive technological experience of TNS engineers. The TNS engineering staff is highly trained and certified. Formal training as well as self-study is a requirement of all engineers (and sales staff). TNS has budgeted $5,000 per year per engineer for continuing education. This is in addition to free manufacturer training and self study. TNS seeks engineers who have the desire to learn new technologies and earn additional industry certifications.
TNS offers its clients many ways of purchasing engineering time.

The minimum remote support event is one-half hour.
All work is performed as best-effort, meaning there are no guarantees of times to be onsite. Guaranteed onsite response is provided through Service Level Agreements, as described here.
